5. Confidentiality

I respect the confidentiality of our conversations and will not disclose any information shared during our work together without your express permission, except as required by law. This confidentiality applies to individual sessions, group sessions, written communications, and any other interactions between us.

However, I am legally required to report situations of:

➢ Threats of harm to yourself or others

➢ Situations where I am subpoenaed or ordered by a court of law

The confidentiality provisions do not prevent me from using general, non-identifying information about our work for training, supervision, or professional development purposes.

All materials, resources, worksheets, recordings, and content provided as part of my services remain my intellectual property or the property of their respective owners. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without express written permission.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because therecurrently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
